HOUSEKEEPING:
The house is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a team of professional house cleaners between all guest visits. Fresh Towels and Linens provided for each gusset stay.
There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
For your convenience, we provide the following items so you and your family can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. But keep in mind we do not replace the supplies: 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag per trash can, 1 toiletry kit per bathroom (small bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner), 2 toilet paper roll per bathroom, dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
Property is secured with outdoor cameras in the front and 2 sides of the property. There are No cameras inside the house or the pool area to ensure utmost guest privacy.

Guest can self check-in with a code which is presented 48 hours prior to check-in.
A new code is created for each guest’s stay and deactivated after guest checkout.
Guest have access to the entire house and pool area, besides for the 3 maintenance closets that are locked for the maintenance crew’s use.
**Note: Encore club house and amenities resorts are not available for guests.Â

Guest have access toaThere is no extra cost to use the grill. Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided. There is a 7 eleven on the corner of the resort where you can buy/refill propane.
There is space for up to 4 cars to park in the driveway in front of the house, with additional parking available in the resort clubhouse parking lot.
Pool/Jaccuzi heat is an additional $65/day. Pool/Jaccuzi heat requests require a 24 hour prior notice. A $40 surcharge will apply for same day Pool/Jaccuzi heat activation.
The pool is cleaned and serviced every Wednesday afternoon.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
